Serving America's Students
We work with districts and schools with many Title 1 students, serving all deserving children whose families face economic hardship. These are the children who are statistically most at risk of being left behind in society.
Third and fourth grade are identified as the most pivotal years: children begin thinking and reasoning independently. Some will embrace hope and break the cycle of poverty; others will unconsciously conclude that poverty is their destiny.
Bikes for Kids exists to intervene at exactly that moment—to plant belief, build character, and prove through a bike that hard work produces real, tangible rewards.

A bike gives children access to outdoor activity, independence, and the physical freedom that many of their peers take for granted but these children have never experienced.
