What is the M.A.T.T.E.R. Index?
The M.A.T.T.E.R. Index™ is built to measure the structural alignment of community systems supporting child and family flourishing. While the K.I.D.S. Index audits relational capacity and the D.R.E.A.M.S. Index measures child activation, the M.A.T.T.E.R. Index evaluates whether institutions and communities are delivering on their responsibility to provide the infrastructure for sustained growth.
This assessment does not measure perfection. It measures institutional alignment, resource accessibility, and systemic responsiveness to family and community needs.
