About This Survey

This survey is designed for parents and caregivers who want to better understand their child's emotional foundation and develop greater relational awareness.

The K.I.D.S. Index Survey measures four essential domains of emotional development:

Knowledge:Recognizing when your child experiences anxiety, anger, or loss of value
Inspiration:Recognizing when your child struggles with hope and direction
Dream:Recognizing identity formation and self-trust in your child
Support:Recognizing purpose, focus, and independence in your child

Note: This survey is non-diagnostic and non-judgmental. It's designed to help you gain insight into your child's emotional needs and your capacity to guide them. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
